All right, today is my 17th birthday and I’m so excited, though it is the first time I am at school on this special day (or whatever, hehe) I usually have summer vacation by now but no, not on this school. Too sad, but I’ll survive :) You know, that’s how it is going to be in a future job. After school some family members will come and celebrate me and that is what I am so excited about - because I love spending time with my family.. My mom, little sister, big sister, big brother + his girlfriend, my dad, my grandmother and my nephew are all coming xD My sister’s boyfriend can’t come because he have to work but he is probably coming later I think.

PAINTING AND WATCH A MOVIE: The painting with my sister went pretty well. *Someone* made a mistake and painted something on the wrong wall (me :p) because it was only going to be on half of the walls. But it all looked good in the end :) Hehe.. We laughed a lot about it so it was worth it :) Saturday we went to the cinema and watched The Happening and oh well, I found that Zooey Deschanel was in it xD Didn’t knew before I saw it, and I actually liked the movie :) Though there was a lot of killing (suicide) and blood of course, but I’m not that sensitive about it. My sister on the other hand didn’t like the blood but she also liked the movie :) Very mysterious..

I’ll soon get to answer all of the comments I received in the last post, so you don’t have to worry about that :)

One week to go and it’s my 17th birthday - on July 3rd. I’m so excited :) This weekend I’m going to my big sister’s place and we are going to paint my nephews room because I have promised to help her while her boyfriend takes care of little Noah! Now on to the updates…

ART: 4 new art pieces in total. 2 new collages with Grey’s Anatomy and Zooey Deschanel. 1 new colorization with Hayden Panettiere, who I think is a great actress and singer too. And last 1 new retouch with Brittany Snow.

POLL: I just got an idea and figured that I just wanted to ask you, the visitors, what you think about the idea of me making a forum at crying forest.. Some also like to call it a message board and I guess I have to tell what I had in mind with it. I would like it to be for every web/graphic designers in overall and I want people to be able to post their artwork (having a second opinion or just want to show it), tutorials they want to share, have art battles with each other etc. For that, I will test my poll system - not sure how it works but I’ll cross my fingers. Come on

LAYOUT: WOW.. NEW LAYOUT!! Lol.. Finally, right? Finally I came up with something I wanted to upload :) The layout is featuring the wonderful Zooey Deschanel, whom I adore at the moment - along with Ellen Page. As always, I’d like to know what you think about the new layout.

ART: And there are new art too! Hehe.. 2 new retouches with Angelina Jolie and Katie Holmes. 1 new colorization with Brittany Snow. 1 new manipulation which I had fun making while thinking of Toy Story :) And last but not least a new drawing with Ellen Page.

INDIANA JONES: Last Saturday I saw the new Indiana Jones movie with my dad. I think the movie was great and I totally love the humor in it :) If you like the other movies about Indiana Jones I’ll recommend it - even if you haven’t seen them :p
